If so, here is the order and thought process behind each installation or refurbishment.
As you can imagine, there are more details that go into designing and fitting the best bathroom possible, but this is a general idea for you.
Visit On-Site
First off, we will arrange a date with you to take a closer look at your current bathroom or space. Any photos provided beforehand make this process very quick. You can tell us your plan and we can help you make certain decisions.
Estimate or Quote
Once we have seen the working area for your masterpiece, we are able to put together an
estimate or a
quote, depending on your preference, that we will send to you before we start the work. Our goal is to get this part of the operation done rather quickly to avoid prolonging your wait time.
Removal of Old Tiles or Floor
Everyone is happy and all that is left to do is the work! First, the current tiles or flooring must be removed to make room for the beautiful new design you chose.
Construction Work
Structural work might not be necessary for your bathroom, but it could be. This can include anything to do with material respect: roof, beams, columns…
Adjust or Install New Plumbing
The design of your new washroom might include a
different layout, in which case we will need to move the existing plumbing around. Sometimes the plumbing will need to be replaced entirely.
Electrics
This type of work is necessary for towel rails, plugs, and illuminated mirrors, it is also quite important.
Carpentry
The likelihood of some carpentry work is high, as you would expect. For doors or windows, for example, timber will need joining, this is a pretty fun part of the job in our opinion.
New Tiles
Earlier on, we removed the existing floor, now it is time to
put the new tiles down, exciting times as your bathroom is getting close to its
completion.
Installation of Towel Rail and/or Radiator
What would you do with no heating in your bathroom? Most would dread the thought of it through the winter, especially in the UK!
Any Accessories?
The end is close, if you have any accessories to be fitted, this is the time. Maybe you would like some towel holders, bins, or toothbrush holders, I know I would!
Clean the Work Space
The last piece of the puzzle starts with the removal of any waste from the building operation and finishes off with a perfectly mopped floor, shining all over the room.
